Allderdice, 6-3, Guard, Senior

The scoop: He was action Jackson for the Dragons, helping team to a state championship game for the first time in school history. He averaged 22.8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals. Excellent shooter and leaper. Finished career with 1,430 points.

College talk: Has not decided whether to play football or basketball in college, but leaning toward basketball. Might attend a prep school or junior college.

Favorite basketball player of all time: Kobe Bryant.

Should high school basketball have a shot clock? Yes. Just so people don't hold the ball. Maybe 24 seconds.

Most underrated part of your game: Dribbling.

Ramon Creighton
Allderdice, 6-1, Guard, Senior

The scoop: First name pronounced Rah-MON. Standout point guard for the three-time City League champ Dragons. Primary reason Allderdice made the PIAA Class AAAA final. Very strong and excellent at drives to the basket. Averaged 13.3 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, 3 steals. Scored exactly 1,000 career points.

College talk: Visited California, Pa. Also interested are Slippery Rock, Clarion, West Chester.

Most memorable moment this season: Senior night at home [against New Castle]. Just the atmosphere with the big crowd being there.

Favorite basketball player of all time: Chris Paul.

Should high school basketball have a shot clock? Yes, maybe 30 seconds. We played in one game [in West Virginia] with a shot clock and it was one of the more fun games.

Most underrated part of your game: Shooting.

Josh Creach
Beaver Falls, 6-7, Forward, Junior

The scoop: A versatile forward who helped Beaver Falls win WPIAL Class AAA championship. A starter since freshman year, Creach has 1,241 career points. This season, averaged 21 points, 12 rebounds, 2 blocks. Shot 53 percent from field and had 26 3-pointers. Scored 37 against New Castle in PIAA playoffs.

College talk: Creach says college isn't for him. He wouldn't mind going overseas and playing professionally right after high school.

Most memorable moment this season: That last game against New Castle may have been a loss, but that's the best I played all season.

Favorite basketball player of all time: Of course, Michael Jordan.

Should high school basketball have a shot clock: Yeah, because I don't think somebody should be able to hold the ball a whole quarter.

Most underrated part of your game: Nothing, really. My body just does it.

Nick Smith
North Hills, 6-1, Guard, Junior

The scoop: First Fab 5 player from North Hills since Mike Yoest in 1987. Led North Hills to first section title in 33 years, first WPIAL championship game appearance and first PIAA first-round victory. Averaged 23 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals a game. Averaged 25 points per game in the postseason. Has 1,100 career points.

College talk: Some mid-major Division I schools are showing interest.

Most memorable moment this season: Probably playing North Allegheny on our senior night, in front of, like, a sold-out crowd and winning the section.

Favorite basketball player of all time: Carmelo Anthony.

Should high school basketball have a shot clock: Yes, because teams like Pine-Richland hold the ball sometimes when they get a lead.

Most underrated part of your game: Defense.

Nelly Cummings
Lincoln Park, 5-11, Guard, Junior

The scoop: Can play point guard or shooting guard. A starter since freshman year who has 1,521 career points. Averaged 23.3 points, 4 assists and 2 steals this season for WPIAL Class AA finalist and PIAA semifinalist. An excellent shooter, Cumming had 64 3-pointers this season.

College talk: Has not made a decision, but has scholarship offers from Robert Morris, Mount St. Mary's, St. Francis, Pa., Bowling Green and High Point.

Most memorable moment this season: I'd have to go with scoring my 1,000th point in front of the home crowd.

Favorite basketball player of all time: Kobe Bryant.

Should high school basketball have a shot clock: I do believe they should. About 35 seconds.

Most underrated part of your game: I'd say my passing ability. I don't get a lot of credit for that.
