Swimming - WPIAL Boys Champs: Three or more titles

With the help of WPIAL Swimming Committee Chairman Jamie Morton, I have added 20 years of WPIAL boys individual results. I now have results of each event, in each class, going back to 1960. But I could not find results from 1963 and 1964. If you can help with any of these results, please send me an e-mail at statco@comcast.net

From these lists, I have compiled a list of boys swimmers who have won WPIAL titles three or more times in the same event. Only four individuals have won a WPIAL event four years in a row.

* Hampton's Matt Harrigan won the 200 individual medley from 1994 to 1997.
* Shady Side Academy's Brett Murphy won the 100 freestyle from 2001 to 2004.
* Upper St. Clair's Kyle Dudzinski won the 100 backstroke from 2008 to 2011.
* North Allegheny's Connor Kuremsky won the diving title from 2008 to 2011.

There are 27 other times where a boys swimmer won three WPIAL titles in the same event.
