Wrestling - Coaches with 200 or more wins

Forty-two wrestling coaches have recorded 200 or more victories in WPIAL history.

Former Kiski Area coach Chuck Tursky heads the list with a 505-143-2 record in 36 seasons. Former Connellsville coach Tom Dolde Sr. is second with a 448-137-6 record in 34 seasons.

The only other coaches with 400 or more wins are active -- Fox Chapel's Ron Frank (412-281-7 in 37 years) and McGuffey's Mark Caffrey (405-96-0 in 27 years).

Five coaches are approaching a milestone:
* Butler coach Scott Stoner (343-167) needs 7 wins to reach 350.
* Peters Township coach Jason Carpetta (195-77) needs five wins to reach 200.
* Waynesburg's Joe Throckmorton (144-77) needs six wins to reach 150.
* Armstrong's Brandon Newill (91-62) needs nine wins to reach 100.
* Shaler's Drew D'Agostino (91-108) needs nine wins to reach 100.
