The WPIAL will hold Class 2A section and WPIAL tournaments this weekend at Canon-McMillan. The three section tournaments will be held Friday. The preliminary round of the WPIAL Tournament will also be held Friday. The rest of the WPIAL Tournament will be held Saturday with the finals and consolation finals to begin at 5 p.m. There are 14 entries who have won a previous WPIAL title, including four in the 126-pound weight class. Both are firsts in WPIAL history. Three of the returning champions have won two WPIAL titles.
