He was also the Ironmen’s leading receiver with 23 catches for 404 yards and helped the team to its second WPIAL Class 2A title in three years.

Kam Williams on his WPIAL championship experience
"It was good. I got better over the three years that I played and it was definitely a fun experience and I got to play with all my friends and got to meet new people. It was definitely better than midget leagues.”

Kam Williams on his decision not to play his sophomore year when Steel Valley won the WPIAL and state titles.
"I felt kind of stupid not playing and I had my reasons. I told them when I came back that I wanted to earn myself one and so we ended up going, so it all worked out."

Kam Williams on the playing at Robert Morris University in the final and watching the clock tick down.
"I don’t know. It was cool. It was a great high school experience and it will help me at the next level."
